The packaging facility
From the village of Trikeri in Mount Pelion to the village of Kypseli on the island of Aegina: this is the journey that the extra virgin “aladano” olive oil will make in order to ensure that it is packaged in the best possible way, as it deserves. A Greek-Swiss, Philippe Poli holds the same principles and values as Aris, applying them on a daily basis in his state-of-the-art organic packaging facility. At Philippos Hellenic Goods, using stainless steel equipment, the olive oil is packaged in the presence of the customer, who is able to watch the entire procedure through a specially designed room with a window looking onto the packaging process. Unfiltered and at a temperature of 18οC, the olive oil is poured into sterilised bottles – flavourful and safe, ready to be consumed!
